Board Members

Tim brings 17 years of industry experience to the board. He started with PoolCorp as an inside sales/counter position at SCP St. Louis. Over the next 12 years he worked his way over to the SCP Collinsville location and spent time at the BDR position and for his last few years was the branch manager. For the next 5 years, he was a territory sales manager for Zodiac Pool Systems and in January 2020 joined the team at Reeder & Vermaat

Jesse is a second-generation pool guy, starting as his dad’s ‘go-fer’ in definite violation of child labor laws. Jesse started at Four Seasons Pool and Spa in 2001, becoming a full-time technician in 2005 after leaving Mizzou. By 2007 he found himself as the Commercial Manager for the VGB Act rollout and has been the Service Manager since 2018. During his 20-year career, he’s focused primarily on service however there’s not much he hasn’t seen or done in that time. Jesse has been on the PHTA board since 2017 and looks forward to blending a practical old school approach with a new school vision to help strengthen and promote industry standards in the region.

Kari has been in the industry for the past 17 years. From starting in retail after graduating college to moving to the distribution at Superior Pool Products in St. Louis, in 2017.

In 2021, after 4 years she moved back to the builder side of the industry. Currently, at Heintz Pool & Spa, she runs the service department as the Service Manager.

Kari has been active on the PHTA board since 2017 and is also a member of the WAVE Young Professionals Network.

Kari lives in Missouri and spends her free time with her 2 kids Brayden and Brynn.

Swimming Pools have always been a family business for Tara and purchasing McClure-Davison Pools, along with her husband, Russ, continued that tradition.

With a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Saint Louis University, her background will help promote water safety education and bring backyard entertainment to the forefront of the St. Louis Market. Tara particularly enjoys the design process of building and seeing those plans come alive. Watching the excitement of families enjoying their pool and knowing they had a small part in the experience is the cornerstone of their business.

In her spare time, Tara loves being with her husband and daughter in their own backyard and volunteering for the Epilepsy Foundation of MO/KS and HavenHouse STL.

Julie has been in the pool and spa industry since 1991. For 31 years she has been a staple at Munie Leisure Center first working retail/sales for 16 years before spending the last 15 years as a Service Manager.

Her favorite part of the job is without a doubt the relationships that she has developed with her customers over the years. Many of these customers have become personal friends. She has 3 children and loves camping and Packer football (most of the time).
